For me, seo means optimize your site according to search engine algorithms.I mean optimize your site according to search engine queries.

In this article I will explain you types of seo and how to do on page seo.

In this hard & fast era .Users will visit those sites which are on first page.

So, the main purpose of SEO is to increase your website’s popularity and visitors.

1.  On Page 
2.  Off Page   

In this tutorial I will explain you how to do On Page SEO.

Mostly, our search engine result depends on the user’s search query.

So According to user’s search queries we have to write title and keywords.

There are four different methods to do on page seo. 

1. Meta Details Creation
2. Title Tag Optimization
3. Header Tag Optimization
4. Image Tag Optimization 

 Let us see above methods in detail.

1.Meta Details Creation:

      In meta details creation we have to write keywords and description of our website or webpage.

 What are keywords?

        Keywords are like search terms or search query or what users write into search engine.

Syntax: 

 <meta name=”keywords” content=”keyword1,keyword2,keyword3 ”></meta>

Example: 

 For a Software Application development company we will write like this. 

<meta name=”keywords” content=”software development company,

web application development company,web application development ,

offshore software development .”></meta>

What is description?

 Description is the purpose or Information you give of your website or what your website actually do.

Syntax:

 <meta name="description" content="description you want to write of your website"></meta>

Example: 

For a Software Application development company we will write like this.

<meta name="description" content="xyz pvt ltd is a company located at Delhi, India which provides you best software application services,mobile application services ,internet marketing services etc." ></meta> 

2.Title Tag Optimization:

Your page’s Title should be those words which are searched by most of your targeted users.

It is a very good practice to write keywords in title tag.

Example: 

<title>here you have to write your keywords</title> 

<title>software development company, software development company India ,Web application development</title> 

3.Header Tag Optimization:

There are 6 header tags from <h1> to <h2> in HTML. 

You should write keywords in header tag. 

 <h1>your main keyword</h1> 

 In other header tags (h2 to h6) you can sub keywords But it should match your content.

Example: 

<h1>WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT</h1>

And for the subheading you can write.

<h2>php web application development</h2>

<h2>asp.net web application development</h2>

4.Image Optimization:

  <img> tag is also in ON Page SEO. 

In img tag you should write your keywords in title as well as alt attributes.

Example:

 <img src=”path of your image” title=”keyword” alt=”keyword”></img>
